Tristan is a Principal based in RBB’s Paris office. He holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris (Grande Ecole program) and an MSc in Economics and Statistics from ENSAE ParisTech. He also studied at Tsinghua University in Beijing where he took classes in the MBA program.
Tristan has advised clients on a wide variety of competition matters before the European Commission and the French competition authority, as well as other national competition authorities, including those in China, Korea, India and Australia.
Tristan’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, raising both horizontal and vertical concerns, alleged information exchanges, cartel investigations and cartel damages claims.
Tristan has provided economic advice across a wide range of sectors, including airlines, automotive, telecommunications, brewing, social media, mining, chemicals, IT equipment, car rental, power cables, financial services and fast-moving consumer goods.
